Our Policy
At PawpStarz, all of our products are custom made-to-order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Order cancellations: You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After the first hour, cancellation requests can’t be accepted.
Proof Approval
To ensure you love your product before it goes into production, we provide a digital proof within 48 hours of your order being placed. Please review your proof carefully and respond with your approval or any requested changes. Production begins only after your approval is received.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of every item we produce. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will work with you to replace the item at no additional cost.
To be eligible for a replacement, please contact us at pawpstarzshop@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. Your message must include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
Claims submitted after 7 business days or without photographs cannot be accepted.
